About This Session
A calming, restorative massage designed to help you switch off, soften muscular tension and reconnect with your body. Your treatment begins with a brief conversation about how you're feeling and anything you'd particularly like to focus on. From there, your massage is tailored to you, combining flowing massage techniques with deeper work where appropriate to help ease areas of tension and encourage a greater sense of relaxation. Expect a nurturing, unhurried treatment that allows you to properly switch off from the demands of everyday life. Your treatment may incorporate the back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs with the areas of focus adapted to what you need on the day. The feet, scalp and abdomen are optional and can be incorporated into a 90-minute session. You'll have time to settle into the treatment, enjoy the experience and gradually come back to yourself before we finish with a brief check-in and any appropriate aftercare recommendations. If you'd like to continue working on your progress, I recommend booking your next appointment before you leave so we can build on the benefits of your treatment and secure your preferred date and time. Available durations: 60 minutes | 80 minutes
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms Payment: All appointments must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed and secured. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to book again. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to treat the appointment as a missed appointment, depending on the treatment booked and the time remaining. Intake Form: New clients must complete the required online intake form at least 48 hours before their first treatment. If the form has not been completed by the start of your appointment, treatment cannot begin until it has been completed and reviewed, which may reduce your treatment time. The full appointment fee will still apply. Card on File A valid payment card may be required to be securely stored on file when booking online. The card is held as security for any charges that may become due under these Terms & Conditions, including applicable fees for late cancellations, late rescheduling, no-shows or other unpaid session fees. Where an appointment has already been paid in full, the card on file will not be charged unless an additional amount becomes due under these Terms & Conditions. By booking an appointment, you authorise Juliana Rego Therapies to charge the card on file for any applicable outstanding fees.
