1 | BOOKINGS

• Clinic Hours

  • Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm

  • Fridays: 9:00am – 12:30pm

Live availability can be viewed anytime on my website's booking page.

• Step 1: Submit Your Request & Hold Your Slot 

  • All booking requests must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance.

  • To request a slot, you must enter your card details at checkout. Your card will not be charged at this stage.

​

• Step 2: Studio Check & Platform Confirmation

  • Once I receive your request, I will check room availability at the studio.

  • I will then confirm your slot directly on the booking platform or contact you to suggest an alternative.

​

• Step 3: Secure Your Slot via Automated Payment

  • The moment your booking is confirmed on the platform, your payment will automatically process via Stripe using the card provided.

  • If your payment is successful, your slot is instantly secured in my diary. If payment fails, the room cannot be held and the slot will be released.

• Step 4: Final Booking Confirmation & Intake Forms

Once your payment clears, you will receive your official booking confirmation email.

​

• Step 5: Complete Your Mandatory Intake Form (48 Hours Before)

  • New Clients: You will receive an email link to a mandatory Intake Form. This must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment, if not sooner.

  • Existing Clients (New Treatments): If you book a different treatment for the first time, you may need to complete a separate intake form specific to that therapy. For example, if you usually book a therapeutic massage but choose an advanced facial therapy treatment, a new form is required to ensure safe and effective treatment.

2 | CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

Cancellation/Reschedule Time frame

Juliana Rego Therapies operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. To protect my clinical time and cover fixed room rental costs, I operate a strict scheduling policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
 

Booking, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

• Upfront Payment: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot in my diary.

​​

2. Changes With 48 Hours or More Notice

• Free Rescheduling: You can move your appointment to a new date completely free of charge.

• No Refunds: If you cancel instead of rescheduling, your money stays in the business as an account credit. This credit must be used within 3 months of the original booking date or it will be forfeited.

3. Changes With Less Than 48 Hours Notice

• To Reschedule: You must pay an additional £50 late-change fee at the time of your request. This fee releases your prepaid session and allows you to pick a new date.

• To Cancel (or if you choose not to pay the £50 fee): Your prepaid session fee is forfeited in full. No credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced out of respect for my next client. You will still be charged the full session price.

• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, your full session fee is forfeited. Booking a new session will require a brand-new payment.

3 | GIFT CARDS

 

Treat someone special to a moment of healing and relaxation. Gift cards can be purchased directly through the booking platform and are subject to the following terms:

1. General Terms & Redemption

• No Expiry Date: Gift cards do not expire and remain valid until the full balance is redeemed.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for cash, either fully or in part.

• Stackable: Gift cards can be used alongside any other active offer, promotion, or to purchase Treatment Plans/Packages.

• Subject to Availability: All gift card bookings depend on diary availability. Please request your slot well in advance to secure your preferred date/time.

2. Digital eGift Cards

• Instant Delivery: eGift cards are issued digitally via email to the address provided at checkout, either to you or directly to the recipient.

• Correct Addressing: The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct email address. Juliana Rego Therapies is not liable if a digital gift card is blocked by spam filters, deleted, or sent to an incorrect email address.

 

3. Upgrade to a Physical Gift Box (£20)

 

If you prefer a tangible gift, purchase the digital eGift card online first and send it to your own email address.

• For an additional £20.00, your gift card will be upgraded to a beautifully curated physical gift box, lined with tissue paper and wrapped in elegant ribbon.

• Inside, the recipient will find a comforting herbal tea bag alongside a handcrafted, 10ml Juliana Rego Therapies Signature Aromatherapy Roller Blend.

• Personalised Message: If you would like a personal note included on the physical card (e.g., "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations" or "Thank You", Love Sarah"), please state this clearly at the time of your request. To keep the premium ribbon presentation pristine and uncreased, boxes cannot be opened or altered once assembled.

• Collection & Delivery:

  • In-Person Collection: Free to collect in person by prior arrangement only during scheduled clinic hours.

  • Postal Delivery: Can be shipped via 2nd Class Recorded Delivery for an additional £6.50. Your box will be posted within 2 working days from the date of your request.

• The printed gift card inside will display your unique online eGift card code.

4 | PLANS & PACKAGES

Commit to your long-term wellness. All multi-session packages are designed as a dedicated treatment programme and are subject to the following terms:

​

1. General Plans/Packages Rules

• Upfront Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your place on any programme.

• No Refunds or Extensions: Packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. They cannot be extended past their expiration date.

• Exclusions: Packages cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

• Booking Responsibility: Redeeming your sessions is subject to diary availability. Please book well in advance to secure your preferred dates and avoid disappointment.

2. Advanced Clinical Massage — 6-Session Programme

The following specific terms apply to the 6-Session Programme:

• Fixed 3-Month Expiry: All 6 sessions must be completed within 3 months of the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling Impact: While sessions can be moved under the guidelines below, the 3-month completion deadline remains fixed. It is your responsibility to ensure all sessions fit within this time frame.​

3. Plans/Packages Cancellations & Reschedules

Because your programme blocks out high-value slots in my diary, changes are strictly managed:

• Notice of 48 Hours or More: Rescheduling your session is completely free of charge.

• Notice of Less Than 48 Hours:

  • To Reschedule: An additional £50 late-change fee must be paid at the time of your request to release the slot and move your session.

  • To Cancel (or if you choose not to pay the £50 fee): That individual package session is forfeited in full from your balance. *To make up for the missed session and complete your programme, a replacement session would need to be booked separately at the standard, non-discounted individual rate.

• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Arriving late will reduce your treatment time. Missing a session without notice results in that session being forfeited completely.

 

This is to protect my clinical time, the integrity of the case study and properly monitor your progress, in accordance with the 6-session chronic pain protocol. Missing a session entirely without notice results in that session being forfeited completely. *Replacement terms above apply.
