Yes. All new clients should book a New Client appointment for their chosen treatment pathway. This allows sufficient time for consultation, assessment where appropriate, treatment planning and hands-on treatment.

This depends on your goals and individual circumstances. Some clients benefit from occasional maintenance treatments, while others may require a structured treatment plan to address persistent pain or ongoing concerns. Recommendations will be discussed during your appointment.

Yes. Choose the Massage Therapy treatment option when booking. Pregnancy massage is available from the second trimester onwards, subject to consultation and suitability. Treatments are adapted to ensure comfort and safety throughout pregnancy.

Treatments combine advanced clinical massage techniques, movement assessment and evidence-informed practice. A treatment course of 6 sessions is highly recommended to ensure consistent, long-term results.

The Jing Method™ is an advanced clinical massage approach that combines hands-on treatment, assessment, pain science, movement strategies and self-management techniques. It is widely recognised for supporting clients experiencing persistent pain and complex musculoskeletal conditions.

TMJ & Jaw Therapy is a specialist treatment designed to support clients experiencing jaw tension, clenching, bruxism, facial discomfort and TMJ-related symptoms. Treatment may include work to the jaw, face, neck, shoulders and surrounding structures.

Where appropriate and with your informed consent, intraoral /buccal massage techniques may be incorporated as part of treatment. These techniques are performed using gloves and strict hygiene protocols. You are under no obligation to receive intraoral treatment and alternative approaches can be discussed.

Many clients experiencing jaw tension also experience headaches, facial tension and neck discomfort. While results cannot be guaranteed, treatment may help reduce muscular tension contributing to these symptoms.

The aim is to create positive and lasting change, not unnecessary discomfort.

Yes. Treatment may be postponed, modified or declined where it is not considered safe or appropriate. Your wellbeing and safety will always be the priority.

Not always. The amount of clothing removed will depend on the treatment being provided and the area being worked on. Your comfort, dignity and privacy are always prioritised. Appropriate draping techniques are used throughout treatment, and only the area being treated will be exposed. Many treatments can also be adapted to be performed through light clothing where appropriate. You are always encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable, and treatment options can be discussed before we begin.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.

At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full treatment fee. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

If you are running late, please reach out via WhatsApp message to inform me. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, special occasions or simply encouraging someone to take time for their wellbeing. Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific treatment pathway or a monetary value and are valid for the period stated on the voucher. Please get in touch for current options and availability.

Refunds are not available for completed treatments. Any concerns should be discussed directly and will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
