About This Session
A deeply therapeutic facial massage for TMJ pain and jaw discomfort, combining external facial work with intraoral/buccal techniques to address tension held through the jaw, face, neck and surrounding muscles. Your session begins with a brief consultation to understand where you hold tension and what you'd like to achieve. Treatment then combines external facial massage with carefully performed intraoral techniques, working through the cheeks, jaw and surrounding structures to help release muscular tension and encourage a greater sense of ease. The treatment also incorporates advanced clinical massage techniques to support relaxation and address tension through the face, jaw, neck and shoulders, which can contribute to TMJ-associated pain and dysfunction. This is particularly suited to those experiencing jaw tension, facial tightness, clenching, bruxism (teeth grinding), or tension associated with the jaw and surrounding muscles. It may also be suitable for those experiencing facial tension alongside unexplained tooth discomfort, although dental causes should be assessed by a dental professional. We'll finish with time to reassess and check in with how you feel following the treatment and provide any appropriate aftercare recommendations. Available duration 75 minutes Pregnancy: Techniques will be adapted from the second trimester onwards to ensure a safe treatment and accommodate your changing needs and comfort.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms Payment: All appointments must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed and secured. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to book again. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to treat the appointment as a missed appointment, depending on the treatment booked and the time remaining. Intake Form: New clients must complete the required online intake form at least 48 hours before their first treatment. If the form has not been completed by the start of your appointment, treatment cannot begin until it has been completed and reviewed, which may reduce your treatment time. The full appointment fee will still apply. Card on File A valid payment card may be required to be securely stored on file when booking online. The card is held as security for any charges that may become due under these Terms & Conditions, including applicable fees for late cancellations, late rescheduling, no-shows or other unpaid session fees. Where an appointment has already been paid in full, the card on file will not be charged unless an additional amount becomes due under these Terms & Conditions.
