About This Session
A personalised clinical massage treatment designed to address areas of persistent tension, muscular discomfort, stiffness or restricted movement and aid injury recovery. Your session begins with a consultation to understand your current symptoms, concerns, goals and any changes since submitting your intake form or your previous appointment. The session will also include relevant range-of-motion (ROM) assessments to help identify areas of restriction and guide your treatment. Your massage is then tailored to your individual presentation, using appropriate clinical techniques to address areas of restriction and muscular tension. Depending on your needs, treatment may include deeper massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point work, stretching and other specialised clinical approaches. Following treatment, we reassess relevant movement or symptoms to help identify how you've responded to the session. Where indicated, we'll discuss a treatment plan, including appropriate aftercare recommendations and ways to support your progress between appointments. As clinical massage often works progressively over a series of treatments, I recommend booking your follow-up appointment before you leave. This allows us to continue working on the progress made during your session and ensures you have your preferred date and time secured. Available duration: 90 minutes

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms Payment: All appointments must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed and secured. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to book again. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to treat the appointment as a missed appointment, depending on the treatment booked and the time remaining. Intake Form: New clients must complete the required online intake form at least 48 hours before their first treatment. If the form has not been completed by the start of your appointment, treatment cannot begin until it has been completed and reviewed, which may reduce your treatment time. The full appointment fee will still apply. Card on File A valid payment card may be required to be securely stored on file when booking online. The card is held as security for any charges that may become due under these Terms & Conditions, including applicable fees for late cancellations, late rescheduling, no-shows or other unpaid session fees. Where an appointment has already been paid in full, the card on file will not be charged unless an additional amount becomes due under these Terms & Conditions. By booking an appointment, you authorise Juliana Rego Therapies to charge the card on file for any applicable outstanding fees.
