About This Session
Begin your journey with an online consultation. This allows us to discuss your needs, goals and concerns, understand how I can support you, and determine the most appropriate treatment approach before your first appointment. Your Initial Consultation Process Every new client begins with an online consultation to help ensure your treatment approach is tailored to your individual needs, goals and circumstances. After booking your consultation, you will receive an intake form via email to complete before your appointment. This should be returned at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation to allow time to review your information and prepare for our discussion. During your online consultation, we will discuss: · The reason you are seeking treatment and your main concerns · Your medical history, lifestyle factors and relevant background information · Your current symptoms, goals and expectations · Whether treatment is suitable and appropriate for your needs Where clinically indicated, a range of motion (ROM) assessment may also be included to provide further insight into your presentation. Following your consultation, we will discuss the most appropriate treatment approach and arrange your first in-person appointment. Your initial treatment will be tailored according to your presentation on the day, incorporating the most appropriate techniques and approaches for your individual needs. After your first treatment, we will review your response, discuss feedback and determine whether ongoing sessions are recommended, including the most appropriate frequency and treatment plan moving forward. Consultations typically last around 20 minutes, although more complex cases may require additional time. Your initial consultation will last no longer than 30 minutes. The consultation fee applies to this online consultation only and is not transferable towards any future in-person treatment appointment.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms
Cancellation/Reschedule Time frame Juliana Rego Therapies operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. To protect my clinical time and cover fixed room rental costs, I operate a strict scheduling policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Booking, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking & Payment Upfront Payment: All appointments must be paid in full before the appointment is confirmed and secured in my diary. This applies whether an appointment is automatically confirmed or requires manual approval. Initial Consultation: The consultation fee applies to the online consultation only and is not transferable towards any future in-person treatment appointment. 2. Changes With 48 Hours or More Notice Free Rescheduling: You can move your appointment to a new date completely free of charge, subject to availability. No Refunds: If you cancel instead of rescheduling, your payment remains as an account credit. This credit must be used within 3 months of the original booking date or it will be forfeited. 3. Changes With Less Than 48 Hours Notice To Reschedule: You will incur a late-change fee at the time of your request, charged at 50% of the session cost. This fee releases your prepaid session and allows you to select a new date, subject to availability. To Cancel: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or choose not to pay the late-change fee to reschedule, your prepaid appointment fee is forfeited in full. No credits, transfers or refunds will be issued. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced out of respect for my next client. You will still be charged the full session price. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, your full session fee is forfeited. Booking a new appointment will require a brand-new payment.
