About This Session
A nurturing massage tailored to support you through the physical changes of pregnancy [2nd Trimester onwards] and the postnatal period. We'll begin with a brief consultation about how you're feeling, any areas of discomfort and what you'd particularly like from your treatment. Your positioning, pressure and techniques will be adapted to your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery, with your comfort always at the heart of the session. The treatment can focus on areas commonly affected by pregnancy and early motherhood, such as the back, hips, shoulders, neck, legs and feet, helping to ease muscular tension while providing a welcome opportunity to rest and reconnect with your body. Whether you're looking for some much-needed time to slow down during pregnancy or supportive bodywork as you adjust after birth, each session is personalised to you and how your body is feeling that day. We'll finish with a gentle check-in and any appropriate aftercare recommendations. If ongoing treatment would be beneficial, I recommend booking your next appointment before you leave so we can continue supporting your changing needs and secure your preferred date and time. Available durations: 60 minutes | 90 minutes
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms Payment: All appointments must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed and secured. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to book again. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to treat the appointment as a missed appointment, depending on the treatment booked and the time remaining. Intake Form: New clients must complete the required online intake form at least 48 hours before their first treatment. If the form has not been completed by the start of your appointment, treatment cannot begin until it has been completed and reviewed, which may reduce your treatment time. The full appointment fee will still apply. Card on File A valid payment card may be required to be securely stored on file when booking online. The card is held as security for any charges that may become due under these Terms & Conditions, including applicable fees for late cancellations, late rescheduling, no-shows or other unpaid session fees. Where an appointment has already been paid in full, the card on file will not be charged unless an additional amount becomes due under these Terms & Conditions. By booking an appointment, you authorise Juliana Rego Therapies to charge the card on file for any applicable outstanding fees.
