RESTORATIVE FACIAL MASSAGE
Therapeutic facial treatment that works beyond the surface of the skin
This is not a traditional facial. It is a results-driven therapeutic treatment using sculpting, myofascial, and lymphatic techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and restore natural definition, while also calming the nervous system.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Not a facial. A therapeutic treatment for face and fascia
Restorative Facial Massage is rooted in intentional, results-driven touch. Tools are incorporated where appropriate.
This treatment combines hands-on sculpting, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage techniques to work with the underlying structure of the face, addressing holding patterns, reducing congestion, and supporting the natural lift and definition that comes from released tension.
Tools such as gua sha, facial cupping, and cryotherapy may be incorporated where appropriate to deepen the treatment. The approach is always tailored to your specific skin and tension patterns on the day.

THE PROCESS
What happens at your appointment
Every session is considered from the consultation through to aftercare, with products and tools always chosen for your skin on the day.
1
Consultation form (before you arrive)
After booking, you'll receive a link to an online consultation form. This is mandatory and must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. It captures health information relevant to safe and effective treatment.
2
In-person consultation
Your session begins with an in-person consultation to discuss how you're feeling and what you need from the treatment that day. Follow-up appointments have a shorter check-in unless your health has changed.
3
Your treatment
A therapeutic facial massage adapted to your tension patterns on the day. Sculpting, myofascial, and lymphatic techniques are applied with precision, with tools incorporated where they add therapeutic value, not as a routine.
4
Aftercare and next steps
Skin and homecare advice is shared before you leave and followed up by email within 24 hours. If a course of sessions is recommended, this is discussed at the end of your first appointment.

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQs
How is the restorative facial massage different from a regular facial?
A traditional facial focuses primarily on skin surface - cleansing, exfoliating, and applying products. Restorative Facial Massage works with the underlying structure of the face: releasing fascial tension, stimulating lymphatic flow, and addressing holding patterns that affect both how the skin looks and how the face feels. It also has a marked effect on the nervous system, making it deeply restorative beyond the skin itself.
Will I see results after one session?
Most clients notice visible changes such as reduced puffiness, improved tone, and a sense of lightness in the face after a single session. For more significant or lasting results, a course of 3–6 sessions is recommended, followed by monthly maintenance.
Are the tools always used?
No. Gua sha, facial cupping, and cryotherapy are incorporated where they add therapeutic value for your specific presentation on the day, not as a fixed routine. The hands-on massage work is always the foundation of the treatment.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, with appropriate adaptations. Products used are suitlable for all skin types, and techniques are adjusted accordingly. Please include any sensitivities or skin conditions in your consultation form ahead of your appointment so the session can be planned safely.
How often should I book?
For cumulative results, a course of 3–6 sessions is recommended, ideally fortnightly or monthly depending on your starting point. Monthly maintenance sessions are then recommended to sustain the results. Recommendations will be made at your first appointment.
