Methodology
My approach to clinical and restorative massage is built on one principle: that lasting results come from consistency, and understanding the whole picture, not just treating the symptom in front of me. The Consult, Plan, Treat and Progress framework is how I ensure every client received care that is structured, progressive, and genuinely personal.
My 3-Step Approach To Clinical & Restorative Massage
Step 1 / Consult
Understanding What Your Body Is Telling You
Your first session begins with a thorough in-person consultation, unhurried and focused entirely on you. We'll talk through your symptoms, medical histury, lifestyle, movement patterns, and what you want to feel different. Nothing is assumed, and nothing is rushed. This is where I build a clear picture of what's driving your discomfort and what your body actually needs, before any treatment begins.
Step 2 / Plan
A Treatment Path Built Around You
Using everything gathered in your consultation, I'll outline a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific presentation and goals. Depending on your needs, this may include a structured course of 3, 6, or 9 sessions. You'll understand exactly what we're working toward, why, and what to expect as your body responds and progresses. The plan adapts as you do.
Step 3 / Treat and Progress
Progressive, Purposeful Sessions
Your sessions begin, each one building on the last with intention and clinical purpose. Drawing on the Jing Method techniques, fascial and trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, and evidence-informed practice, every treatment is guided by where your body is on that day. A therapeutic aromatherapy blend is included in all treatments unless contraindicated. Between sessions, you'll receive tailored aftercare guidance to support your recovery and help maintain progress.

Why This Approach Gets Results
I built this practice around women who have been managing their pain for too long; adjusting, compensating, pushing through. The Consult, Plan, Treat and Progress framework exists because I believe you deserve more than a one-off session that feels good and changes nothing. Real lasting change requires consistency, clinical reasoning, and practitioner who actually tracks your progress over time. That's what I'm here to provide.
