Terms & Conditions

• Appointments are currently available on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:00am and 2:00pm, and Fridays between 9:00am and 12:30pm. Available time slots can be viewed on the booking page of this website.

• All booking requests must be submitted at least 5 working days in advance. Sooner is always appreciated where possible.

• Once a booking request has been received, availability will be checked with the studio and you will be contacted to confirm whether your requested slot is available, or to suggest an alternative.

• Once your slot is confirmed, a booking will be created and you will receive a payment request by email. Full payment must be made within 24 hours via BACS transfer to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within this 24-hour window, the slot will be released.

• Payment is accepted by BACS transfer only. Online payment is not available at this time.

• Once payment has cleared, a formal booking confirmation will be sent by email.

• Creating an account is advised to easily manage your appointments.

• The Intake Form is a mandatory requirement and must be completed and submitted at least 72 hours before your appointment. Look out for an email with your Intake Form following your booking confirmation.
  
  Please read the Cancellation and Reschedule terms carefully before amending your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation/Reschedule Timeframe

Juliana Rego Therapies operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free of charge with 48 or more hours' notice.

• A £50 fee applies if you reschedule within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation.

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the full session fee. No credit or transfer will be applied.

Late Arrival

• Full session fees apply if you arrive late to your appointment.

• Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time.La

Non-Attendance

• If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee is forfeited.

• 
  No credit is carried forward.

• A new booking will require full payment.

• eGift cards and Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

• eGift cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be renewed, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

• eGift cards and Gift Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and to purchase Treatment Plans & Packages.

• eGift card and Gift Voucher bookings are subject to availability. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

• eGift cards are issued digitally via email to the address provided at the time of purchase and on the date specified at the time of purchase. They can be sent to either the purchaser or the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.
  The purchaser is responsible for correctly addressing the eGift cards. Juliana Rego Therapies will not be liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an eGift card sent via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, deleted by the gift recipient, or where an incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.

• If you would prefer a physical gift voucher, please purchase the eGift card online in the first instance and select your own email address as the recipient. For an additional £10.00, your voucher will arrive as a beautifully curated gift box; a little moment of luxury before the treatment even begins, thoughtfully assembled with an exclusive Juliana Rego Therapies signature touch. The printed voucher inside will include the unique eGift card code generated at the time of online purchase and will carry the same expiry date.

• Plans & Packages cannot be renewed or extended, and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

• Plans & Packages cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

• Redeeming the set number of appointments within Treatment Plans & Packages is subject to availability. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Advanced Clinical Massage — 6-Session Programme

The following specific terms apply to the Advanced Clinical Massage programme in addition to the general terms above:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the programme.

• All 6 sessions must be completed within 3 months of the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

• Please be mindful that while sessions can be rescheduled with 48 or more hours' notice, the 3-month completion window remains fixed regardless of any rescheduling. It is your responsibility to ensure all sessions are booked and completed within this timeframe.

• The programme is non-refundable once purchased.

• The session fee is forfeited with less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation.

• Non-attendance will result in the full session fee being forfeited. No credit is carried forward.

• Rescheduling is free of charge with 48 or more hours' notice. A £50 fee applies if you reschedule within 24 to 48 hours. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation.

Refunds for Plans & Packages are available if:

• Cancelled within 14 days of purchase, and

• No sessions have been used.

Please note: the Advanced Clinical Massage 6-Session Programme is non-refundable once purchased. Please refer to Section 4 for the full programme terms.

• If you cancel an individual appointment outside the 48-hour period before your scheduled appointment time, Juliana Rego Therapies will provide a refund. As payment is made by BACS transfer, refunds will be returned to the same bank account used at the time of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

• Juliana Rego Therapies cannot offer refunds once your consultation and/or treatment has begun. This applies to massage and facial treatments, and aromatherapy consultations. We shall, however, endeavour to improve upon any service if, in the rare instance, you are unhappy with the treatment you have received.

• Juliana Rego Therapies cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards and Vouchers.

• Juliana Rego Therapies cannot offer refunds on Plans & Packages that are paid for using Gift Cards, Promotional Codes or Referral Discounts, and that have either expired or been wholly or partially redeemed, whichever is applicable.
