COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQs
Why 6 sessions and not fewer?
Chronic and persistent conditions require consistent, progressive input to create lasting tissue change. Sporadic treatment produces temporary relief. The 6-session structure ensures each appointment builds on the last with clinical intention.
What if I've already had massage and it hasn't worked?
Advanced clinical massage uses a different approach to general, relaxation or sports massage. It addresses the underlying drivers of your symptoms, not just the area of pain, using evidence-informed and outcome-focused advanced massage techniques within a structured treatment plan.
Do I need a GP referral?
No GP referral is needed. If you are unsure whether this programme is right for your condition, get in touch before booking and we can discuss your presentation.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice meaningful changes in pain levels, movement and range of motion by session 3 or 4 if not sooner. Full results are assessed at session 6 with a formal reassessment of your original presentation.
