A 90-minute bespoke aroamtherapy massage treatment built entirely around you; right down to the blend. Before the massage begins, a full consultation looks at what is physically present, how your nervous system is sitting, and what you need from the session that day. From that, a bespoke essential oil blend is created specifically for you, for that session. The massage is then built around it. The blend is always made fresh, whether it is your first visit or your fifth. A well-chosen blend doesn't just smell right. It works with your tissues, shifts your nervous system state, and changes how you feel in your body. / Kindly Note / • The appointment duration includes a mandatory consultation at the start of each session, assessment pre and post-treatment for clinical massage, and aftercare, plus time taken to get changed/dressed before and after your treatment. • Intake Forms must be completed and submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. / Bookings / • Appointments must be requested at least 72 hours before the appointment time, preferably 5 working days in advance. The earlier the request, the better the chances of getting your preferred date and time. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Creating an account is advised to easily manage your bookings. / Cancellation/Reschedule Terms / • Juliana Rego Therapies operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. / Rescheduling / • Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours notice are free of charge. Your payment will transfer in full to your new appointment. • Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours notice will incur a £50 late rescheduling fee, charged separately. Your original payment will transfer to your rescheduled appointment. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation. The full session fee is forfeited and a new booking requires full payment. / Late Cancellation / • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the full session fee. No credit or transfer will be carried forward. A new booking requires full payment. • Non-attendance without notice will forfeit the full session fee. No credit or transfer will be carried forward.
