/ Kindly Note / The appointment duration includes a mandatory consultation at the start of each session plus time taken to get changed/dressed before and after your treatment. / Bookings / • All bookings require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Creating an account is advised to easily manage your bookings and earn referral rewards. • Online bookings can be made up to 14 hours before the appointment time. / Cancellation/Reschedule Timeframe / Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note you can manage your booking online by logging in to your profile upto 48 hours before your appointment time. / Late Reschedule Fee / If you reschedule outside the 48-hour window above, the following late reschedule fees apply: 40 min treatment - £14.00 60 min treatment - £18.00 90 min treatment - £22.00 / Late Cancellation Fee / If you cancel outside the 48-hour window above, the following fees apply: • 50% of the session fee will be retained if cancelled with less than 48 hours • 100% of the session fee will be retained if cancelled with less than 24 hours / Late Attendance / • Full session fees apply if you arrive late to your appointment • Late attendance will result in reduced treatment time / No-Show Policy / If you fail to attend without notice: • Full fee applies (no exceptions) / Refund Eligibility for Packages / Refunds are available if: • If cancelled within 14 days of purchase, and • No sessions have been used If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reach out via the contact form on the website.
