  2. At the start of your appointment, I'll carry out an in-person consultation and ask you specific questions based on the responses on your consultation form to ensure you receive a safe and effective treatment.

  3. Following your consultation, I'll create a bespoke blend of essential oils tailored to your health and wellbeing needs on the day.

  4. I'll adapt my techniques to address your concerns while paying attention to the areas of pain and tension.

  5. After your treatment, I'll put together your treatment plan to help you achieve the desired results from your aromatherapy massage sessions. This is when I'll book you in for your next treatment.

  6. I'll then go through the Aftercare advice to help you to continue enjoying the benefits of the treatment after you leave.
